“I've had online classes with Cyndi for months now and I love the sessions. Pole classes are really good fun, and so varied each time. Cyndi explains and demos everything really clearly and is so patient, offering lots of feedback throughout the session.

The pre recorded videos are absolutley brill! So easy to follow with detailed instruction with opportunity to pause and work on bits. So many to work though, and to keep for ever!
